You then receive, at the email addresses set for the legal entity:
the invoice in PDF format
an Excel breakdown file for the billing
This Excel file details one line per active user, including:
the legal entity
the cost center
the account creation date
the driver's information
This makes it easier for you to manage your accounting and internal reporting.
