Yes, you can! Three situations are possible:
Your building has a partnership with a charging operator (such as ZEplug, WAAT, ZEborne, etc.). If you install a charging point at your parking spot through them, they'll bill you under a separate contract. Upload an electricity bill from your charging operator to Voltaback so we can retrieve your hourly kWh rate.
Your building is equipped by Enedis with individual metering. Each parking spot has its own Linky meter, and each co-owner contracts directly with their chosen supplier. Upload an electricity bill from your supplier for your parking spot, just as you would for an individual home.
Your building hasn't chosen either solution yet. You can charge using a wall outlet in the common areas. Let us know via the chat box what financial arrangement you've set up with your building.
