It can happen that your home is served by a local utility (such as Sicae Oise, UEM, etc.). In this case, Voltaback can't yet connect to your electricity distributor through your Linky meter.
Voltaback works the same way as for a home without a Linky meter:
We'll ask you to upload your electricity bill to determine your rate structure.
For losses between your vehicle and your electricity meter, we rely on loss coefficients observed for similar vehicles.
To confirm a charge happened at your home, we rely solely on the location shared by your vehicle.
So Voltaback works even if you don't have a Linky meter.
