The concept: reimbursable time windows in the week
Your company defines reimbursable time windows spread across the week (by day and time). The rule is simple: when a charging session ends within a reimbursable window, it's automatically included in your next reimbursement. A session that ends outside these windows isn't reimbursed. You don't need to do anything, everything is calculated automatically.
Fine-tuning with leave periods and exceptions
If your company allows it, you can adjust this automatic process for special situations using leave periods (to exclude a period) and exceptions (to include a period). To learn more, see "What Are Leave Periods and Exceptions For?"
What happens next?
