At the start of each month, you receive a Voltaback invoice for the previous month's usage. Billing is based on a subscription per active user.
A user is considered active as soon as they've logged into their Voltaback account at least once, as long as their account hasn't been deleted. In other words, any user who has ever accessed the platform is included in the monthly billing.
